To renew your dog's current license, please use the link below. If your dog needs an updated rabies vaccine we MUST see the vaccine certificate (this can be emailed to clerks@townofmanchesterny.gov). If a late fee is due, your dog's license will not be renewed until all associated fees are paid. You may also renew multiple dog licenses with one transaction by listing license numbers like this "1234, 1272" in the payment portal below.

Funds added to your transfer account online are not available for immediate use; please allow

1 full business day for the funds to be added to your Transfer Station Account. Thank you!

Town and County taxes were mailed on December  30, 2025 and are payable January 1st through March 31st, 2026. If you have not received a bill by the end of the first week in January, please reach out to us at clerks@townofmanchesterny.gov to request a duplicate copy.
