2025 town & county tax information
Town and County taxes have been mailed and are payable until March 31st, 2025. If you decide to pay with a credit or debit card, please be aware that an additional processing fee of 2.45% OR $1.00 for transactions under $40 will be charged by the card processor. You may also pay in person Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm at the Town Clerk's Office or use our 24 hour drop box located at 1272 County Rd 7 (corner of State rt 96 and County rd 7) in Clifton Springs, NY.

Manchester Town & County Tax Information - Search Years: (2013-current)
Welcome to the Town of Manchester's online Tax search system
This system allows taxpayers to view and print their tax bill in a secure and convenient environment.
In order to use this system, please login with the following credentials:
USERNAME: public
PASSWORD: TCSTaxLookUp
Once you've logged in, you can view tax information by either clicking "entities" and searching by name or address or by clicking "bills" and searching by owner name. If you know the tax map ID, you can use that to search under either entities or bills. Once you've entered your search query, select the property you want to view, and click "show" at the bottom of the page. From there you have several options on what you can view.
